The Tranzit Group hasn’t become New Zealand’s largest family-owned transport and tourism company by luck. It’s because our team, whose diverse backgrounds, skills and experience – have combined to create something special.
While our different business brands each have their own unique culture that lives and breathes their company values, what unites us is The Tranzit Group’s commitment to providing a work environment where every team member brings their whole self to work and knows, they will go home safely.

Our people bring our values to life
Nazia Maurin, who earned a Masters Degree in Accounting in Fiji, comes from a family of bus drivers. Inspired by her father, she proudly continues the family tradition and as a leader, encourages other women to learn to drive.
